By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2026 02 0687 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

And known as being part of Lot No. Eleven (11) West of Portage Path, formerly in Portage Township and now in the 3rd Ward, City of Akron, Ohio and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stake in the West corporation line of the City of Akron, Ohio, South 3 deg. 30' West 270.40 feet distant from a stone at the intersection of the Westerly line of Exchange Street and West corporation line of Akron, Ohio, which point is also 50 feet Southerly along the East line of Burton Avenue from the Southwest corner of Lot No. 4, Portage Point Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 30, Summit County Records; thence South 87 deg. 15' East, 129 feet to a stake; thence South 3 deg. 58' West, 51.07 feet to a stake; thence North 86 deg. 30' West, 128.60 feet to a stake; thence North 3 deg. 30' East, 50 feet along corporation line of Akron, Ohio, to the place of beginning and containing 0.15 acres of land.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
