By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2023 07 2635 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Summit and in the Township of Copley and described as follows:

Being Lot Number 35, in South Maple Gardens Allotment, as is recorded in plat of record in Plat Book 32, Page(s) 1, 2 and 3, Recorder's Office, Summit County, Ohio.

And also the following described premises:

Situated in the Township of Copley, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot 2, South Maple Gardens Allotment, as recorded in Volume 32, on Pages 1, 2, 3, Summit County Records of Plats. Tax ID: 1502463 and 1503009.

Being the same fee simple property conveyed by General Warranty Deed from William Reynolds and Stella Reynolds, husband and wife to Norman Millings and Gerry L. Millings, husband and wife, dated 06/05/1992, recorded on 06/05/1992 in OR Book 987, Page 639 in Summit County Records, State of OH. The property also conveyed by Warranty Deed from Lillie Mitchell White, a widow and unremarried person to Norman Milling, dated 07/21/1978 recorded on 08/02/1978 in Volume 5803, Page 457.

Deed Reference: Instrument No. 55849302 and Instrument No. 56473200

 

Property located at: 2304 Wright Road & V/L, Akron, OH 44320.

Property appraised at: Twenty-four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
